Nigun-no Hito

Formed in 1990, this company is based in Miyakonojo, Miyazaki .

Two representative pieces, 'Sora-no Tsuki (Moon of the Sky), Mune-no Ishi' (Stone in my Chest) (1995)

and 'Kita-e Kaeru' (Return to the North)(1996) written by Nagayama were

nominated for the final selection of The Best Emerging Playwright Award

by the Japan Playwright Association.


They perform not only in Miyazaki but also in Tokyo (Komaba Agora Theater),

Fukuoka etc. They will present a new piece at TIF.
